  • Provide front desk coverage at hospital or clinic sites
  • Check-in/check-out patients with professionalism and accuracy
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars using Epic Cadence
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and patient queries
  • Collaborate with clinical staff and maintain HIPAA compliance
  • Represent E&E Resources with integrity and customer service excellence
